📦 Return of goods

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt if:

  • the goods have not been used;
  • its presentation and packaging have been preserved;
  • there is a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Returns are not made for goods that are made to order or have signs of use.

🔄 Exchange of goods

We will be happy to exchange the goods, if:

  • the size or color did not suit you;
  • the product does not match the description on the site;
  • you want to replace the product with another one from our catalog.

The cost of delivery when exchanging or returning the product is paid by the buyer, except in cases of defect or our mistake.

We also strive to offer you a simple and convenient procedure for free return or exchange of goods from Nova Poshta "Easy Return".

The return period is 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Instructions for free return

  1. Contact us by phone or Viber to agree on the return of the goods.
  2. Prepare the goods for return:
    • Make sure that the goods are complete.
    • Make sure that the goods are in their original condition (not washed).
  3. Open the Nova Poshta mobile application.
  4. Log in to the "My Shipments" section and select the parcel you want to return.
  5. Select the "Easy Return" service in the "Manage Parcel" menu.
  6. Indicate the reason for the return by selecting from the list.
  7. Send the parcel to a Nova Poshta branch or hand it over to a courier.
  8. The money will be returned to the buyer after our employees have checked the returned goods for their original condition within 3 business days to a bank card.

Important: Please note that not all goods from our store are subject to return. This especially applies to textile products. Check the product upon receipt for compliance with the ordered characteristics and color.

We draw your attention to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, which lists the list of products that are not subject to return (including pillows, blankets, bed linen and other personal hygiene products).
Such products can be returned if a factory defect or inconsistency with the product model you ordered is detected. If you notice such a problem after purchase, please contact us in advance.
