      Return period is 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”

    • For residents of Kyiv: After agreeing on the details, the goods can be returned to the address: Kyiv, Remontnaya 8.

    • For residents of other regions: Returns are made through “Nova Poshta”, at the address: Kyiv region. Vyshhorod, branch #2..

  4. Refund: Funds will be returned to the buyer after checking the goods by our employees for the safety of the original presentation within 3 working days to the bank card.

Important: Please note that not all items in our store are eligible for return. This is especially true for textile products. Check the product upon receipt to ensure it matches the characteristics and color you ordered.

We draw your attention to Addendum No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172, which contains a list of goods that cannot be returned (including pillows, blankets, bed linen, bedspreads and other personal hygiene products) .

Returns are made at the client's expense. However, in the event of a defect or non-compliance of the goods with the stated characteristics, the return is carried out at the expense of the store, in other cases at the expense of the client.
